The SDM Ayurveda hospital, Bangalore 234.84KWp rooftop solar power plant was set up for three buildings on the campus. Both the plants were installed on the RCC & sheet roofs of the buildings and supply power directly to the load below. Any excess power generated is fed back to the public grid which is “Net Metered” to get credit for the excess. The energy fed to the facility are measured using a certified energy meter and billed monthly to the client.
The rooftop solar PV installed capacity at SDM Ayurveda hospital, Bangalore is 234.84KWp, is constructed using high performance 380kWp mono-crystalline solar PV modules totaling 618 nos., 2 nos. 50KW and 1 no. 33KW high-efficiency Sungrow inverter enabled with online monitoring which will help to understand and track real-time electricity production and consumption on the go. The solar PV plant was commissioned in July 2020.
